電渦流測功機主要加載范疇
電渦流測功機是目前國內先進的加載測功設備,主要用來測量各種動力裝置的機械性能。DW及DWD系列主要由旋轉部分(感應盤)、擺動部分(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力部分和校正部分組成。
勵磁繞組通電后,產生一個閉合磁通。當感應盤(齒狀)旋轉時,氣隙磁密隨之發生周期性變化,感應出渦流,由于“渦流”和磁場的耦合作用,在轉子上產生制動力矩,而在電樞體上則產生與拖動力矩相同的轉矩,并經裝在電樞體四氟上的力傳感器檢測出來,從而達到測試扭矩的目的。 在轉速測量上,采用非接觸式的磁電式轉速傳感器,將轉速信號轉換成電信號輸出。
本機適用于中、小型功率電機、汽車、內燃機、燃氣輪機、水輪機、工程機械、林業、礦山、石油鉆采等機械的性能試驗,也可作為其它動力設備的吸功裝置消聲設備。

Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant. DW, and DWD series mainly by the rotating part (sensor plate), swing part (armature and the excitation part), part of the measuring and calibration components.

In the speed measurements, using non-contact magnetic-electric speed sensor, the output speed signals into electrical signals.
This machine suitable for medium and small-power motors, automobiles, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, turbine, engineering, machinery, forestry, mining, oil drilling and other mechanical performance tests, but also other power equipment can be used as the suction power device muffler equipment.
